My name is Shreya Sethi and I am a dedicated educator who has been teaching the IB curriculum at Xi’an LiangJiaTan International School for the last  years. I am originally from India but China has been my second home since I was a teenager. I myself am a product of the international school system and got my IB Diploma from Yew Chung International School in Shanghai.

I have always had a strong passion for the Visual Arts and completed my Dual Degree BA and BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2013. A few years later I was lucky enough to be given an opportunity to teach and immediately fell in love with the level of creativity and curiosity the children exhibited in the classroom. I obtained my PGCEi from the University of Nottingham in 2017 and am currently in the process of pursuing my Masters in Education from the same institution. I am passionate about the IB Programme and this year was also appointed as an official Examiner for the Visual Arts Diploma/Career-related courses.
